Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pinas88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pinas88 website located at pinas88.best and all related services, games, and features offered through the platform.
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the Pinas88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Pinas88 terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
These Pinas88 terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Pinas88 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). You are also bound by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotional terms.

Eligibility & Registration
Pinas88 is a licensed online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. To register and play on Pinas88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are physically located within the Philippines when accessing the platform.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion registry or prohibited persons list maintained by PAGCOR or any relevant regulatory body.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
- You have not previously had a Pinas88 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
Pinas88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Players who fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have their account temporarily restricted. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Pinas88 platform — this is non-negotiable and enforced rigorously.
Registration Process
To create a Pinas88 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and up to date. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Pinas88 terms and conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

Account Management
One Account Policy
Each player is allowed only one Pinas88 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, Pinas88 reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and bonuses associated with those accounts and permanently ban the player.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pinas88 username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone. Pinas88 staff will never ask for your password through any channel — if you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify Pinas88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Pinas88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account.
Account Verification (KYC)
In line with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming requirements, Pinas88 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit any of the following:
- Government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within 3 months)
- Proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash or Maya wallet, or bank account)
KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. All documents must be valid and clearly legible. Pinas88 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to complete verification satisfactorily.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Pinas88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). All transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered under your own verified name.

Deposit Policy
Deposits are generally processed in real time. Pinas88 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Pinas88 reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Third-party deposits — meaning payments made from an account or card not belonging to the registered player — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals at Pinas88 are processed within 1–3 business days after approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting turnover requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited. Winnings from free spins or free bet bonuses are subject to bonus-specific terms.
Reminder: Pinas88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals for fraud screening purposes. This is a standard security measure and does not imply wrongdoing on your part.

Bonuses & Promotions
Pinas88 regularly runs promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback deals, and free bet credits. All Pinas88 bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a turnover requirement). This means the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal.
Bonus Validity
All Pinas88 bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. Extensions are not granted under any circumstances.
Bonus Abuse
Any behavior that Pinas88 reasonably deems to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using strategies that exploit bonus conditions, or coordinating with other players to take advantage of promotional offers — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure. Gameplay & Fair Play

RNG Certification
Pinas88's casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are truly random and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by players.
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, Pinas88 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If this is not possible, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned to your account. Pinas88's decision in such cases is final.
Bet Acceptance Policy
Pinas88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started (where pre-match rules apply), placed due to a palpable error in odds or pricing, or placed in violation of these Terms. All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pinas88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favor without reporting them
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
- Money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
- Impersonating another person or providing false identity documents
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Pinas88 systems
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Pinas88 staff or other players
Pinas88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. You will be held legally responsible for any damage or loss caused by your prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Pinas88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs — is the property of Pinas88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Pinas88 content without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorized use of Pinas88's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability
Pinas88 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinas88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Pinas88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues
- Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
- Any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay
- Errors in third-party payment processing systems
Nothing in these Pinas88 terms and conditions limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Pinas88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Account Termination
You may close your Pinas88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method.
Pinas88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
In cases of termination for breach of Terms, Pinas88 is not obligated to return any funds in your account. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations already accrued by either party.

Governing Law
These Pinas88 terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Pinas88 operates under the relevant licensing framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Pinas88 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the Philippines. Pinas88 encourages players to first attempt resolution through our customer support channel before pursuing formal legal action.

Amendments to These Terms
Pinas88 may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Pinas88 terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.
